竹粉目数对竹塑复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:采用不同目数的竹粉制备竹塑复合材料,研究其对于复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:140目竹粉制备竹粉/聚丙烯复合材料具有最高的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和流动速率;随着竹粉目数的变大,材料的弯曲和冲击强度逐渐降低;竹粉目数对于材料硬度没有明显的影响。

Abstract:The bamboo powder with different mesh number was used in bamboo-plastic composite,and then the properties of composites were studied.The results show that the composites with 140 mash number bamboo have better tensile strength,elongation at break and melt flow rate(MFR).With the increase of mesh number,the impact strength and bending strength decrease.The mesh number of bamboo has little effect on hardness of composites.
