振动强化塑料挤出混合过程的多物理场数值模拟

摘    要:借助流体动力学软件Polyflow对单螺杆挤出机压缩段进行简化建模与模拟仿真,研究了稳态与动态加工成型条件对螺槽流道内速度场、压力场、剪切速率场、黏度场等物理场的影响。结果表明:振动强化成型时,各物理场随时间动态变化,熔体流动性能得到显著改善,有利于提高物料的塑化性能;振幅及频率较小时,各物理场变化与稳态成型时相差不大,而较大的振幅及频率对各物理场影响较大;振动强化延长了物料的停留时间增,强了横向剪切作用有,利于提高物料的分散混合性能。

Abstract:The simplified model and numerical simulation on the compression section of single screw extruder were established by using fluid dynamics software Polyflow.The effects of processing parameters under steady and dynamic states on velocity field,pressure field,shear rate field and viscosity field were studied.The results show that during vibration enhancement,the physical fields change dynamically with the time,the flow ability of the melt is improved obviously,which is helpful to enhance the plasticization p...
