摘    要:采用HPLC反相色谱法 ,通过外标法定量测定了红法夫酵母和虾壳提取物中的虾青素含量 ,计算公式为 :A =2 96 39C+ 70 6 0。该方法的回收率为 98 0 %~ 10 0 8%
