电炉中的电流场模拟与节能分析

摘    要:以实际电炉为研究对象,讨论了三相电极的极距与电炉效率的关系,并通过模拟实验求得能提高效率的最佳极距。通过实验得到的最佳极距与实际工程数据基本一致,可供设计者参考。

Abstract:In this arcticle a furnace is studied on the relationship between the three-phase electrode distance and the efficiency of the arc furnace. Furthermore, the best electrode distance which can increase the efficiency of the arc furnace is obtained through simulating test. The best electrode distance seems to correspond basically with the real engineering figure. The result can be a reference for the designer.
