微机控制晶闸管充电、浮充电装置的研制

摘    要:探讨应用单片微型计算机控制技术结合电力电子变流技术,采用改进型PID控制算法,研制微机控制晶闸管充电、浮充电装置,从而使充电、浮充电装置具有恒流初充电,恒压浮充电,自动充电及完善的保护等功能;达到静态调节精度高,动态品质因素好。

Abstract:An improved PID control algorithm and a new method combining an advanced microcomputer control teehnolugy with the power electronic converter technology are adopted to develop the charging and float charging device by microcomputer controlled thyristor. As a result, the device provides the functions of fored charging,float charging, well distributed charging, and perfect protection, and realias high static adjustment aecuracy, good dynamic quality factor. The test results show that the accuracy of its current and voltage stabilisation is less than l% and its ripple factor is also less than l%.
