摘    要:采用化学方法、金相显微镜和扫描电镜等对失效后的T0103苯甲酸蒸馏第十二层塔简体上的腐蚀沟槽进行了分析。结果表明,腐蚀沟槽位于设备补焊处的焊缝区;补焊时所选焊条耐蚀性太低,且与简体316L不锈钢基体不匹配,是导致其腐蚀失效的主要原因。

Abstract:The inwall corrosion of failed T0103 distillation tower of benzoic acid was investigated by chemical method,optical microscopy and SEM.The results showed that the corrosive groove of the tower inwall was formed due to the corrosion of repaired weld zone.The welding rod used to repaire failed to match with 316L stainless steel of tower basic,which induced the corrosion of the tower inwall.
