不锈钢膜过滤油田采出水的影响因素分析

摘    要:试验讨论了不锈钢膜过滤油田采出水的主要影响因素及变化规律,得到的结论如下:0.5μm孔径不锈钢膜的出水水质能达到油田注水水质的A2级标准,确定不锈钢膜微滤采出水过程中较为合理的运行参数为操作压差0.10~0.15 MPa,膜面流速2.5~3.5 m/s,来液温度40~50℃。

Abstract:In the paper,the important reason and developing tendency were analyzed through the experiment research.Some conclusions from the stainless steel membrane experiment are as follows: that the permeate flow can meet the A2 reinjection standard,the optimum operating conditions are a trans-membrane pressures between 0.10~0.15 MPa,a crossflow velocities between 2.5~3.5 m·s-1 and a feed temperature between 40~50 ℃,under which the perfect permeate flux and operation effect can be gained.
