改进的化学镀法制备金属银复合膜的研究

摘    要:对传统的化学镀银工艺进行了改进,化学镀银层质量与、镀膜温度、还原剂的加入方式以及膜面积与镀液加液量之比有着密切的关系。实验结果表明控制镀膜温度(20℃以下),采用间歇式加入N2H4的方式并且增大膜面积与镀液加液量之比,这样容易控制反应速度,不易使银沉积在镀槽壁上,有利于获得厚度均匀平整、有光泽、附着力强的银/陶瓷复合膜。
