摘    要:采用基于磁致伸缩传感器技术的超声导波技术对近浅海海洋平台导管架腐蚀状况检测进行了试验。结果表明,利用超声导波技术可以实现导管架全长度腐蚀状况快速检测。结果还表明,高频信号容易受到连接导管架的横梁影响,采用较低的激励频率更有利于分析海洋平台导管架腐蚀状况。由32kHz检测数据分析可知,导管架腐蚀缺陷主要集中在两个区域,其...

Abstract:The ultrasonic guided wave based on magnetostrictive sensor(MsS) technology was used to detect the condition of platform jackets.The results show that the MsS technology can realize rapid detection of the full length of the jacket.Because high frequency can interact with horizontal structure linked jackets,the ultrasonic guided wave using low frequency will be more helpful to analyze the data.The corrosion of the jackets focused on two regions.The first one was within the first 2 meters below the water line...
