摘    要:目的:研究三脉紫菀的化学成分。方法:应用正、反相硅胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从三脉紫菀甲醇提取物中分离得到了5个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、柚皮素(2)、木栓酮(3)、表木栓醇(4)、3',4',5,7-四羟基双氢黄酮(5)。结论:化合物2-5为首次从该植物中分离得到...

Abstract:Objective: To study the constituents of the whole plant of O.Falcata Bunge.Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by the column chromatography of silica gel and RP-18 gel.Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data analisis.Result: 5 compounds were obtained and identified as β-sitosterol(1)naringenin(2)5,6-dihydroxy-2,7,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavonol(3)、5,6-dihydroxy-2,7,4′-trmiethoxyflavonol(4)3′,4′,5,7-tretahydroxy-flavanone(5)Conclusion: Compounds 2-6 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
