高铁用CA砂浆聚合物乳液的适应性及其结构表征

摘    要:对比研究了进口聚合物乳液、聚丙烯酰胺乳液、丁苯胶乳、苯丙乳液、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、氯丁胶乳、聚丙酸乙烯酯乳液、聚丙烯酸酯乳液与自制乳化沥青的适应性,优选出匹配性好的聚丙烯酸酯乳液,结果表明聚丙烯酸酯乳液拌合的砂浆在各方面的性能表现更优异,可工作时间更长,抗冻性和耐候性也有明显改善。

Abstract:The adaptability of the polymer emulsions to the emulsifying asphalts prepared by ourselves such as the import polymer emulsion,the polyacrylamide butyl-benzene latex,styrene-acrylic latex,polyvinylacetate esters emulsion,vinyl acetate emulsion propionate latexes,and polyacrylic emulsions.The results showed that the CA mortar had the more excellent performance and the longer work hours.The anti-freeze capability and weather-proof performance had the obvious improvement.
