摘    要:不同参数下对1.6mm厚7075铝合金板进行了搅拌摩擦焊接,在分析了焊缝表面组织的基础上,采用浸泡试验对焊缝表面的腐蚀行为进行研究,讨论了硬度分布与腐蚀发生的关系。结果表明,焊后轴肩作用区晶粒细化明显。随转速的增加,焊缝上表面热机械影响区范围加宽、轴肩作用区硬度增大。焊缝上表面腐蚀最严重的区域为轴肩作用区,在EXCO溶...
