腰英台油田污水处理研究及效果分析

腰英台油田联合站污水处理采用的是MMBR超过滤膜污水处理系统,主要是利用膜过滤及微生物降解相结合的技术,使油田产出的污水经处理达到回注标准清水。该系统的设计日处理量为3500 m3,而从投产到2010年底处理量只能一直在1900 m3左右,效率较低。文章针对这一情况,通过技术攻关和管理公关,使腰英台油田联合站日污水处理量已从1900 m3上升到2700 m3,每天可节约新鲜回注清水800 m3,具有很大的经济效益,同时具有环保意义和节能意义。
