基于EXCEL科学计算的化工课程教学探讨

摘    要:针对目前化工课程教学中存存的计算问题,以乙醇绝热节流膨胀为例,探讨EXCEL对绝热节流膨胀温变效应非线性方程求解技巧.结果表明:温变效应满足二次方程△T=0.00001T12-0.01300T1+4.55641关系;EXCEL 单变量试差汁算,过程简单,无需编程,适用于化工课程教学.

Abstract:To analyzed the existed calculation question in the present chemical engineering teaching,the nonlinear equation’s solution technique for the temperature change of ethanol throttling expansion,as an example,was discussed by using EXCEL.The result indicated that the temperature change followed the equation:ΔT=0.00001T12-0.01300T1+4.55641.The function of goal seek in EXCEL is a simple and no programming operation,which is very suitable for the chemical engineering teaching.
