摘    要:利用工业废料和尾矿作为制造微晶玻璃的主要原料,其配料的粒度分布对高温熔融会产生明显影响·研究表明,经过粉磨处理的配料在1420℃的熔融效果与未经粉磨处理在1460℃的熔融效果相当,这对高温熔融工艺过程中的节能降耗非常有利;配料粉磨1min的粒度分布状态与粉磨2min、3min的差别不大,其高温熔融效果也差不多,因此配料的粉磨时间不宜过长,适当的粉磨处理即可达到理想效果。

Abstract:Using industrial wastes and tailings as main raw materials of glass-ceramics,the particle size distribution of ingredients have obvious influence on melting behavior in high temperature.After grinding processing,the melting temperature can be reduced from 1460 ℃ to 1420 ℃,and keeping the original melting effect.That is very favorable to save energy and reduce consumption in high temperature melting process.The particle size distribution state of ingredients after grinding 1 minute has small difference than that after grinding 2 minutes and 3 minutes,and the high temperature melting behavior is the same.The grinding time of ingredients must be properly controlled.
