| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了Design—Expert软件的特点；以Design．Expert软件CentralCompositeDesign中心设计响应面法优化超临界CO2萃取茶叶籽饼中山奈酚萤类化合物工艺为例，介绍了Design．Expert软件在工艺优化过程中设计实验的方法，并着重阐述了Design-Expert软件统计分析实验数据的方法和过程。通过比较发现，用Design—Expert软件分析试验数据方便快捷，计算精确，通过建模预测准确的试验最佳条件，使优化的工艺条件更准确。
