Design.Expert在超临界CO2萃取工艺优化中的应用

摘    要:文章介绍了Design—Expert软件的特点;以Design.Expert软件CentralCompositeDesign中心设计响应面法优化超临界CO2萃取茶叶籽饼中山奈酚萤类化合物工艺为例,介绍了Design.Expert软件在工艺优化过程中设计实验的方法,并着重阐述了Design-Expert软件统计分析实验数据的方法和过程。通过比较发现,用Design—Expert软件分析试验数据方便快捷,计算精确,通过建模预测准确的试验最佳条件,使优化的工艺条件更准确。

Abstract:The characteristic of Design-Expert soft was reviewed briefly,the method of design was introduced in the optimization of extraction technology by Design-Expert with the example of response surface optimization of supercritical fluid extraction of kaempferol glycosides from tea seed cake by Central Composite Design,the design method and analysis method of experiment were explained emphatically.By comparison,the results indicated that it was convenient and shortcut to analyze experimental data by Design-Exper...
