| 摘 要： | 中国海洋石油总公司惠州炼油分公司一期炼油项目400万t/a加氢裂化装置是目前国内处理能力最大的在运高压蜡油加氢裂化装置,采用壳牌的工艺技术和催化剂,截至2010年3月已累计运行23个月,催化剂设计运行寿命24个月。目前装置运行稳定,产品质量稳定。本文对装置实际运行情况,从催化剂性能、原料性质、产品质量、能耗、运行中发生的问题等方面进行分析。
