卷取机振动故障分析与处理

摘    要:为了消除梅山钢铁公司轧钢厂2号卷取机振动烈度过大故障,利用瞬态激振法原理,使用普通锤对卷取机进行激励,并采用bently 208进行测试,成功得到该故障特征并甄别故障原因为结构共振,最后为消除该故障提出了具体的措施并获得良好的结果。对于整个测试、分析和处理过程,给出了详细的说明。该方法对同类机械振动分析和处理有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:e failure from vibration on the No. 2 coiler of one steel corporation badly exceeds the specified value. To eliminate the phenomena, the testing of the coiler was practiced with a common hammer and Bently 208 instrument based on method of the instantaneous excitation. During the testing, the character of failure is successfully acquired and the structural resonance is considered as the main causation of failure. At last, the material measures to eliminate the failure are brought forward . Detailed explain of the testing , analysis and disposal of the fault are given in this paper.
