基于PLC的变频恒压供水计算机控制系统

摘    要:介绍一种基于PLC的变频恒压变流量供水系统,能够根据管网压力、流量信号自动调整泵的运行状态,实现无级压力调整;同时由于设计了控制程序,水泵可以自动启停、自动控制运行频率,真正做到了用水和供水的动态平衡,有效地节约了能源,从而达到供水系统稳定而节能供水的目的。

Abstract:This paper introduces one kind of frequency conversion constant pressure changes the current capacity water supply system based on the PLC.The system can automatically control pumps running status according to the pipe network pressure and the current capacity signal,can realize stepless pressures adjustment;Simultaneously because has designed the control procedure,the waterpump may automatically open stops,the automatically control movement frequency,truly has achieved the used water and the supply water dynamical equilibrium,thus achieved the water supply system stabilizes and conserves energy.
