| 摘 要： | 文章主要研究如何在Browser/Server结构下实现软件质量管理，其中主要包括工作流和文档流的管理，最终实现软件的0过程改进。主要研究在开发过程中，如何通过先进的文档流和工作流的管理，实现各个工作单元之间的有机协调和控制的实现，通过中间过程的数据记录、统计、分析和决策，实现项目跟踪和监控，从而保证软件开发过程的质量和企业生产成熟度能力，持续地进行软件过程改进。

| Abstract: | The paper mainly study how to realize software quality management based on Browser/Server environment, which contains advanced management of workflow and document flow.The main object contains not only how to coordinate and control each work unit in the development process, and also the record and statistics in the middle course. As a result of it, better project tracking and condition inspection will be made, and the whole process could be controlled to a great extent, moreover, the software quality could be guaranteed, and better enterprise capability of mature and continuous software process improvement will be possible. |
