| 摘 要： | 催化裂化装置催化剂非正常跑损的原因是催化剂细粉含量超高和旋风分离器分离效果差,旋风分离器效果差的常见原因是料腿堵塞,细粉含量高的原因主要是生产操作不当和原料组成变化造成催化剂的磨损严重或水热崩碎,本文在各个方面给出了具体实例和相应的解决方法。
