加热炉炉管腐蚀原因的分析与研究

摘    要:某石化分公司常减压车间圆筒式减压炉炉管由于渣油的腐蚀,导致管壁大面积的腐蚀、战薄并穿孔,引起炉管内的渣油向外泄漏而着火,迫使整个装置停产。通过对失效的减压炉炉管的材质、制造及工作条件的分析,结果表明:炉管材质的化学成分、机械性能均符合标准规定值,事故的发生主要是由环烷酸的腐蚀引起的,在此也提出了一些改进建议。

Abstract:In Crude Oil Workshop of a petrochemical branch, because of the corrosion of residual oil , large areas of corrosion , thinning and perforation occurred in the wall of cylindrical vacuum furnace tube, also caused leak of the residue oil inside the tube and caught fire, with as for forcing the entire device suspended. By the analysis of the vacuum furnace tube material, manufacturing and working conditions, the results showed that tube material, chemical composition and mechanical properties are all up to standard provision value, so the accident was caused mainly by corrosion of naphthenic acid, also puts forward some suggestions for improvement here.
