高光效荧光粉封装应用研究

摘    要:采用由新型制备技术合成的超高亮度蓝光转换型LED荧光粉进行了白光LED的封装测试,对比分析了该种荧光粉和市售商用荧光粉物化特性与白光LED的光学特性之间的关联性。结果表明,该种荧光粉由于在微观形貌、温度猝灭以及光效等方面的改善,有效提高了白光LED器件的光学性能,光效提升幅度达12%,1000h光衰小于4%。

Abstract:A blue light excited phosphor with high efficiency prepared by a new kind of synthesization method is applied in WLED encapsulating and compared with import commercial phosphor. The relationship between physicochemical characteristics of phosphor and WLED properties is also explored. The results indicate that with the improvement in morphology, thermal-quenching and emitting efficiency, the optical performance of the white LED are obviously enhanced, such as the lumen efficiency improved by 12% and the luminance degradation less than 4 % after 1 000h aging.
