工业锅炉事故分析诊断软件的开发

目前由于锅炉运行管理和操作人员素质等因素，锅炉事故还时有发生。本文针对工业锅炉这一现状，对锅炉事故发生后的快速诊断和分析方法进行研究，并试图开发相应的专家系统软件。为此，作者收集了部分以往专家所作的工业锅炉事故分析报告，对其进行研究和分析，从中提取事故发生的共性信息，并用Access建立相应的数据库，然后用Visual Basic 6．0实现数据库的查询、添加和维护等功能，建立友好的人机交互界面。

Software Exploitation About Accident Analysis for Industry Boiler

At present,boiler accidents occur sometimes,owing to the boiler running management and the operators' character and so on.Aiming at the actuality of current industry boilers,the paper studied fast diagnosis and analysis method after boiler accidents happened,and tried to open out corresponding software of expert system.So part of former analysis reports about industry boiler accidents given by exporters were collected and relevant research and analysis were done to conclude the common information,and then database was set up using Access.Finally the database function of querying,appending and maintaining were realized utilizing Visual Basic 6.0,and friendly man-machine interface was established.
