| 摘 要： | 介绍日本八十年代的新产品“光位敏器”（英文缩写ＰＳＤ下同），以及“半导体激光 器”（英文缩写ＬＤ下同），对ＰＳＤ和ＬＤ的工作原理进行了分析，研制成功了连续测量液体浓度 的传感器，并对利用ＰＳＤ－ＬＤ测量液体浓度的方法进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces two new instruments made in Japan in 1980's,which are Position Sensitive Detector (PSD) and Semiconductor Laser Detector (LD), and analyzes their principles. The authors develope a sensor to be provided with PSD and LD to measure the liquid consistency. The method of measuring is also discussed. |
