摘    要:Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3(BNT)基无铅压电陶瓷是目前研究最广泛、最具吸引力的无铅压电陶瓷体系。本文分析了BNT基无铅压电陶瓷近20年的发明专利,着重讨论了相关体系的压电铁电性能,并展望了BNT基压电陶瓷今后的发展趋势。

Abstract:BNT based lead free piezoelectric ceramics have been attracting great attention worldwide as new piezoelectric ceramics which will be most possibly in place of lead containing piezoelectric ceramics. The patents of BNT based lead free piezoelectric ceramics in the past twenty years were outlined and reviewed. The future researches of BNT based lead free piezoelectric ceramics were suggested.
