竞争是电信发展的必由之路

针对社会关注的电信产业改革问题，本文根据大量资料和事实，从理论上提出下列观点：电主产业已经进入竞争阶段，竞争是电信产业发展的最佳市场模式，电信网络适宜寡头垄断的市场模式，电信业务适宜垄断竞争的市场模式，适度重复建设是必要的，中国电信的分割重组是为了取消交叉补贴和建立公平的市场竞争环境等。

The Competition is the Only Way of Telecommunication Development

To counter the industrial reformation of telecommunication concerned by the society,this paper puts forward the following viewpoint theoretically on the basis of a large number of materials and facts : the telecommunication industry has gone in competition stage,and the competition is the best market model for the telecommunication development,and the telecommunication network fits oligopoly, the telecommunication services fits monopolize competition, and the cutting apart of the China Telecom is in order to cancel the overlapping subsidy and to establish the fair market competition environment etc .
