进料方式对水力旋流器径向流场影响的研究

摘    要:水力旋流器内部流体径向流场对其内部颗粒的径向位移有着重要的影响,直接影响水力旋流器的最小分离粒度。而不同的进料方式影响水力旋流器内部流体径向流场。针对单边进料和双边进料两种形式,采用FLUENT的RSM模型和mixture模型,对水力旋流器内部流体进行流场数值计算,得出了旋流器内部液流径向速度分布规律。对于设计出高效水力旋流器及确定合适的进料方式提供了依据。
