新型横向磁场永磁同步电动机电感参数计算与功率因数分析

摘    要:由于横向磁场永磁同步电动机具有低转速、高转矩密度的特点,在推进电机领域被广泛研究。提出了一种新型结构的横向磁场永磁同步电动机;利用电磁场有限元数值计算对该电动机的电感参数进行了求解和分析。结合新型横向磁场永磁电动机的结构和参数特点,分析了电动机功率因数与其参数的关系。实验结果验证了分析结果的正确性。

Abstract:Transverse flux permanent propulsive magnetic(TFPPM)motor has low speed,high torque density and is widely researched as propulsive motor.A novel structure TFPPM motor is presented,and the inductances are calculated by 3D finite element method(FEM).Based on structure and parameters analysis of novel structure TFPPM motor,the relationship between power factor and parameters of the motor are discussed.The power factor characteristics of the motor are discussed.Compared with measured values,the calculated values are well agreed.
