电力系统暂态稳定计算的一种时间并行算法

摘    要:介绍了一种电力系统暂态稳定计算的时间并行算法。该算法应用隐式梯形积分法将描述电力系统有关元件动态特性的微分方程转化成差分方程,采用牛顿法对相应的差分方程和网络代数方程进行联立求解。借助于流水线处理技术的思想方法,实现了对暂态稳定计算中多个积分时间步的并行求解。描述了所提出的算法在IBM-SP2并行计算机上的实现方法。通过大型电力系统的仿真计算,对所提出的时间并行算法进行了评估。

Abstract:A parallel-in-time algorithm for the analysis of power system transient stability is presented in which the ordinary differential equations describing the dynamic characteristics of relevant components in power system are transformed into difference equations by use of the implicit trapezoidal rule. The Newton method is applied to find the solution of corresponding simultaneous difference equations and algebraic network equations. Using the pipelining technique the parallel solution of multi-integration time steps in the transient stability calculation is realized and the implementation of the presented algorithm by IBM-SP2 parallel computer is described in detail. Through the simulation of large scale power system, the presented parallel-in-time algorithm is evaluated.
