流量节点图在金水河流域梯级电站规划环评中的应用

摘    要:流量节点图在引水式水电站开发环评影响分析中应用较多,它能直观反映出由于水电站引水(或者调水)造成的减脱水段多年平均流量的变化情况。引用"佛坪县金水河流域梯级电站规划环评",浅析了流量节点图在环评影响分析中的应用。

Abstract:The flow node graph is widely used in environmental impact assessment for the diversion-type hydropower station, because it is able to directly reflect changes of the average flow of the reduction and dehydration segment caused by intake of the station reservoir (or by diversion of the river water to other places) for several years. This paper analyzes the application of the flow node graph in the environmental impact assessment based on "Environmental Impact Assessment of the Cascade Hydropower Station Planning in Jinshui River Basin in Foping County".
