镍基耐蚀合金研究进展

摘    要:镍基耐蚀合金被广泛应用于苛刻环境下的工业领域.介绍了镍基耐蚀合金的成分及分类,综述了国内外各种耐蚀合金的发展历程及研究现状,主要论述了Ni-Cu系、Ni-Cr系、Ni-Fe-Cr系、Hastelloy系等.我国有丰富的镍资源,但相关研究还不够系统,笔者认为应加强镍基耐蚀合金的开发,并展望了镍基耐蚀合金未来的发展前景.

Abstract:Nickel-based corrosion resistant alloys are widely uesd in industrial fields with rigorous condition.The composition and classification of nickel-based corrosion resistant alloys are introduced in this paper.The development course and current research state of nickel-based corrosion resistant alloys are introduced,mainly including Ni-Cu,Ni-Cr,Ni-Fe-Cr,and Hastelloy alloys.Nickel resource is abundant in China,and the research on nickel-based corrosion resistant alloys should be enchanced.At last,the developm...
