| Abstract: | The significance of essence in economic law is explored which is very important for the people specialized in the basic theory of economic law. All the theory about the economic law is reviewed, and then a new view and scientific method are advanced .Lastly,the essence of economic law and the essential economic law are revealed convincingly on the basis of sound argument. |
