无线环境下H.264码率的自适应控制

本文研究了无线环境下H.264码率的自适应控制。主要是采用RTP协议得到的已丢失报文和历史传输速率等信息,借鉴了无线通信原理中的自适应滤波算法,来预测评估视频传输的网络状态。然后根据R-D模型算法,平稳调整服务器的编码速率,来降低网络拥塞产生的概率。实验结果表明,该方案能较好的保证视频传输的服务质量。

On adaptive H.264 rate controlling in wireless environment

In this article, the problem on adaptive H.264 rate controlling in wireless environment is discussed. Firstly, it is profits from the adaptive filter algorithm in communication theory and achieved by evaluating and monitoring the status of message loss over a RTP- based network. Then, the server code speed is adjusted steadily according to the R- D model algorithm, which can reduce the network congestion. The experimental result indicates, this plan can guarantee the QoS of video transmission.
