高刚度轧机辊系行为微尺度等效杆系法分析

摘    要:采用虚铰链巧妙解决了轧机辊系轧制状态下的杆系等效问题,给出微尺度等效杆系法等效原理,并对国内外典型高刚度轧机辊系微尺度行为进行分析,阐明现有高刚度轧机在实际运行中存在问题的根源,为设计新型高刚度轧机提供重要的理论依据。

Abstract:By using the virtual hinge,it has been ingeniously solved that the equivalent problem of pole about mill rolls system under the rolling condition.In addition,the equivalent principle of micro-size equivalent system of pole is given too.Through analyzing the micro-size behavior of domestic and foreign high-rigid rolling mill rolls system,the root of the problems of the existing high-rigid mill in practice is pointed out.The study result provides the important theory basis for designing new high-rigid rolling mill.
