陶瓷约束效应对复合装甲抗弹性能的影响

摘    要:在陶瓷复合装甲的制备中,陶瓷的约束工艺是影响陶瓷复合装甲抗弹性能的主要因素,合理有效的三维约束,能提高陶瓷复合装甲抗弹性能。探讨陶瓷形状、尺寸,复合胶强度,增强纤维排列、铺设,背板刚度等复合工艺要素对抗弹性能的影响。试验结果表明,采用优化约束工艺制备的陶瓷复合装甲板抗弹性能良好,并具有抗多发弹打击能力。

Abstract:In preparation of ceramic composite armor,confined techniques of ceramic have a great influence on the property of ballistic performance of the armor.Available and reasonable three-dimensional confinement can improve the anti-projectile property of the ceramic composite armor.The influence of the form and dimension of ceramic,strength of compound glue, alignment of high strength fibers,and rigidity of backboard on the ballistic performance of the composite armor had been studied.The experimental results show that ceramic composite armor plate made by the optimum techniques has excellent property of anti-projectile and ability to defend multiple projectiles.
