液压修井机液压传动系统的设计

摘    要:液压修井机液压传动系统的设计,是用液压传动代替了传统修井机的液力传动。修井机主滚筒直接用带行星变速器的液马达驱动,液压变速采用DA控制,液压控制只需改变发动机转速,系统就能正常工作。这一新型设计使得液压修井机的传动稳定可靠,操作控制简单方便。

Abstract:The design of the hydraulic driving system for hydraulic workover rig has adopted hydraulic driving to substitute hydrodynamic driving of traditional workover rig. The main drum of workover rig is directly driving by hydraulic motor with planetary transmission,and DA control is used in hydraulic transmission. Hydraulic control only need to change rotary speed of engine, and the system will function properly. This new-style design makes driving of workover rig stable and reliable,and easy in control and operation.
