| 摘 要： | 设计了一种新的网络摄像机软硬件方案,在网络摄像机内融合WEB与SIP技术,采用SOA构架,设计具有融合通信特点的网络摄像机系统,以面向服务架构(SOA)与SIP呼叫控制的融合,实现网络摄像机的多业务应用,特别是软电话模式的业务应用,适应了视频监控主被动服务提供的业务需求,能直接融入快速发展中的融合核心网IMS,可以实现具有业务、控制、承载完全分离的水平架构的监控安保等业务应用系统.
