| 摘 要： | 建立了苯唑西林钠胶囊有关物质的HPLC测定方法,色谱柱为C18柱,以0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈-甲醇为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为225 nm,最低检测量为3.2μg/mL,本法专属性强,准确、精密、灵敏,适用于该制剂有关物质的测定.

| Abstract: | A HPLC method for the determination of the related substances of 0xacillin Sodium. Capsules was established. A C18 column was used with 0. 02 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution / methyl cyanide/methanol as mobile phase, speed of flow 1 mL/min,examination wave length 225 nm.Exclusive, accurate, precise and keen, it could be used for the determination of the related substances of 0xacillin Sodium Capsules. |
