| Abstract: | In this paper,the method of the synthesis of sodium 5-nitroguaiacolate is introduced. The conditions and mechanism of common method which includes acetylation,nitrification,and hydrolysis process are discussed in detail according to reactive steps. The problems urgently to be resolved are presented. |
