1种钛铁矿的还原实验研究

摘    要:镇安某铁矿属于钛铁矿,因铁品位低,钛品位高,该矿钛铁难以分离,不能得到合理的利用。试验通过研究分析,采用煤基直接还原-磁选工艺处理矿石,能够有效地实现钛和铁的综合利用。经过加工的矿粉在煤/矿质量比为14:100,还原温度为1150℃,催化剂为3%的条件下,通过煤基还原180min,然后经过磁选可获得铁品位为76.56%、钛低于8%的铁精矿。

Abstract:A kind of ilmenite is deposited in Zhen'an region of Shanxi Province.Low iron and high titanium contents feature the ilmenite.Because of difficulties for separating iron and titanium elements,the ilmennite has not been used in practice.After a thorough analysis,an ilmenite treatment process of coal-based direct reduction-magnetic separation is adopted.The process is capable of realizing the comprehensive utilization of the ilmenite.Main parameters of the process are as follows: a mass ratio of coal to treat...
