About Technical Management of Engineering Corporation

The relationship between technical improvement and self development of the engineering corporation is studied and discussed from the view point of technical management. The author points out that the technical improvement is the basic approach for the development of engineering corporation and whether the technical management is successful or not shall affect directly to whether the technology of the corporation can be improved or not. The counter measures for technical management of the engineering corporation based on the current situation are also provided.
