摘    要:素质教育是面向21世纪建筑教育改革的方向。本文通过对建筑学人才素质及素质型教育观念的分析,着重研讨建筑人才素质型教育的四个构成部分。

Abstract:This paper argues that quality education is the direction for architectural education reform in the 21st century. Through analysis of the quality of architectural professionals and concepts of quality education, the articlemainly discusses the four constituents of quality education for architectural professionals, namely: 1 ) humanisticqualities-the creation of cultural people; 2) Creative qualities-subjective conditions for architectural creation;3) non-intelligence qualities-the inner driving force for the effectuation of intelligence qualities; 4) moral qualities-preconditions of architectural creation.
