HEDP作为润滑油抗磨剂的应用研究

摘    要:考察了1-羟基乙叉-1,1-二膦酸(二辛)酯(HEDP)的极压抗磨性能以及与硫化异丁烯的复合效应,并用俄歇电子能谱(AES)分析了其四球机试验后钢球表面的元素。结果表明,HEDP作为抗磨剂用于极压性润滑油中,具有优良的极压抗磨性能,其与硫化异丁烯复配也显示出了良好的协同效应。HEDP对于油品的防锈性能具有积极的作用,对有色金属的腐蚀无不良影响,具有多效功能,对于研制低剂量的极压性油品配方具有重要意义。HEDP应用于重负荷车辆齿轮油的全配方中,所调制的复合剂添加量不大于4.5%的GL-5车辆齿轮油符合GB1389592质量标准。

Abstract:The extreme pressure (EP) anti-wear property of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-bi (O, O'-di-octyl) phosphonate ester (trade name HEDP) and its synergetic effect with isobutylene sulfide were investigated. Four-ball testing was carried out and the surface film composition of the tested ball was analyzed by Auger electronic spectroscopy. Both good EP anti-wear performance and positive synergetic effect between HEDP and isobutylene sulfide were observed when HEDP was used as anti-wear additive. With the addition of HEDP, the antirust property of the lubricating oil was also improved and no negative effect on copper strip corrosion was found. With the application of multifunctional HEDP, EP lubricating oil could be prepared with low dosage of additive package. The evaluation results showed that a GL-5 heavy duty gear oil with less than 4. 5% additive package met the requirements of GB 13895-92 specification perfectly.
