摘    要:为了彻底消除乙二醇装置解析塔上的再沸器壳程内介质向管程泄漏的事故,对其失效原因进行了定性分析和详细的计算,证实再沸器泄漏的根本原因是:流体的冲击振动;进口流体的冲击力与振动力的叠加,加速了管束的失效;再沸器的立式安装方式导致振动。针对泄漏原因,提出了9条合理的改进措施,经实施后,没有发现设备管头泄漏和换热管被磨穿的现象,设备运行平稳正常。

Abstract:In order to thoroughly eliminate medium leakage from reboiler shell to pipe at ethylene glycol analytic tower, the quantitative analysis and detailed calculation were made. It proved that the essential reason of failure was fluid impulsive vibration. The combination of inlet fluid impulsive force with vibration force accel-erated the failure of pipe bundle. The secondary reason was vertical erecting way of reboiler. After nine rational measures had been taken into practice, no leakage at pipe end or wear out of heat exchange pipe was found. The operation of reboiler was normai and stable.
