赤泥的脱碱及钠硅肥化研究

摘    要:拜耳法赤泥附碱带来的碱污染环境问题已经成为当前最大的环境治理难题。本文从三种赤泥脱碱工艺以及赤泥附碱钠硅肥化应用路线进行研究,充分利用赤泥附碱加入气相法白炭黑进行快速反应形成钠硅肥,并以赤泥为载体得到具有土壤改良和增效的硅肥产品,为实现拜耳法赤泥的无害化土壤复垦提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The problem of alkali pollution caused by Bayer process red mud has become the biggest problem of environmental governance. In this paper, three kinds of red mud dealkalization process and the application route of red mud with alkali, sodium and silicon fertilizer were studied, make full use of red mud attached alkali and fumed silica to react quickly to form sodium silicon fertilizer, and use red mud as a carrier to obtain silicon fertilizer products with soil improvement and efficiency The product provides technical support for the harmless soil reclamation of the Bayer process red mud.
