摘    要:从2,2-双二茂铁基丙烷出发,与乙酸酐、丙酸酐、正丁酸酐等进行两次Friedel-Crafts酰化反应合成了两种2,2-双二茂铁基丙烷异核不同酰基取代的衍生物,由这些酰基化合物经LiAlH4还原得到相应的α-羟烷基衍生物,经Zn-Hg齐还原得到相应的双烷基衍生物.通过实验总结出了适宜的反应物料配比及较佳的反应条件,通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对化合物的结构进行了表征.

Abstract:In this paper, acylation of 2, 2-bisferrocenylpropane with acid anhydride was carried out in the presence of boron tri-fluoride and methylene chloride. A series of acylajing derivatives of 2,2-bisferrocenylpropane have been prepared by means of the Friedel-Crafts reaction.Some of the ketones were reduced to the corresponding a-hydroxyalkyl and alkyl derivatives of 2,2-bisfer-rocenylpropane by LiAlH_4 and Zn-Hg. The compositions and structures of these compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra and ~1HNMR spectra.The synthesis conditions and appropriate material ratio were also confirmed.
