解堵取心装置研究

摘    要:着重介绍了胜利油田近年来研制的解堵取心新装置,利用该装置,在实际的取心钻进过程中能够解决岩心堵(或卡)内筒的情况,具有实用性。该装置是在常规的取心内筒中设置一叠式衬筒,该叠式衬筒可以自动依次错动,使取心作业继续进行,这种取心装置不用起钻可解决3次堵心,通过室内和现场试验分析证实,工具结构可行,有利于提高取心单筒进尺和岩心收获率。

Abstract:This study introduces a new technique of plug removal coring developed by Shengli Oil field in recent years especially. This technique can resolve 1~2 times of core block-off problems during coring operation, and it has the practical function. Expound its structure and the observation of both lab and field experiments briefly. The tool construction is feasible and confirmed by the lab and field tests. It benefits single run footage and improves core recovery.
