玻纤工业废耐火砖中铂铑金属微波碱熔活化-水溶酸浸富集工艺

摘    要:采用微波碱熔活化-水溶酸浸富集工艺处理玻纤工业废耐火砖料,使其中的铂铑金属在酸浸渣中得以富集. 通过微波加热碱熔与常规加热碱熔对比实验,考察了碱熔温度、保温时间、配碱量对碱熔过程的影响. 结果表明,微波辐照温度800℃、保温时间30 min、碱熔剂NaOH为样品质量的1.4倍时,碱熔反应进行彻底. 熟料经水溶后,在最优条件下酸浸,在盐酸浓度3 mol/L、浸出时间5 min、酸料比15 mL/g的条件下,料浆过滤性能良好,出渣率2.98%,铂铑金属可富集约33倍.
