Ⅰ-Ⅱ复合型疲劳裂纹扩展门槛条件的实验研究

摘    要:本文研究三种金属材料在Ⅰ-Ⅱ复合加载条件下疲劳裂纹扩展的门槛条件。应用切口试样和预裂试样测试了疲劳裂纹扩展的门槛值和破坏曲线,并对实验结果同其他实验和理论准则进行了对比,论证了在Ⅰ-Ⅱ复合载荷条件下可将切口试样的破坏曲线作为工程设计的依据。

Abstract:Fatigue threshold conditions for loading with mixed modes Ⅰ and Ⅱ have been studied in three different metals. Two types of specimen, slit and pre-fatigue cracked, have been tested. The fatigue threshold values and the failure envelopes for both types of specimen are obtained. The results are discussed and compared with other experimental and theoretical criteria. It is proved that the failure envelope for the slit specimen under mixed mode loading can be used in practical designs.
